I always felt like this, Lament for a Toy Factory, and Lullabye Bye were all one coherent storyline. Toymaker creates deadly toys (in this song), gets fired from his job and sets his toys loose upon the whole factory in revenge before getting caught by the cops (Lament for a Toy Factory), then one of the toys he left behind gains sentience somehow and starts going insane after being abandoned (Lullabye Bye).
