Here's a potentially fun idea - a Team Sky run using only not-fully-evolved Pokemon. It could be framed like a 'Join Team Sky' PSA by showing just how useful even small flying types can be when you join. Shenanigans ensue.

This video is giving me an idea for a new competition: a Race Across Paldea. Basically you start at Mesagoza West, then you make a circle around the region, stopping at the Ten Sights of Paldea, and then you finish by entering the academy. As for how it’s counted, you need to locate the signs for the sights, and stop by the Pokémon Center for the towns. Here’s a list of the spots I’ve thought of:

Also since the Million Volt Skyline is right above the Levincia stadium, an extra challenge for that point is you would have to fly down and land in the center of the stadium, and while fast travel would be banned everywhere else, if you don’t make the jump there, you have to fly back up and try again.
