When the murder charge was read to her in court, she smirked and giggled. What is society to do with the people who commit the most horrific crimes?

My father was a veteran police officer and the head of the Homicide unit and he always told us the right laws are on the books but the judges are the problem. He said to vote them all out, across the board. This woman cannot ever be in society again. Or she can go home and stay with the judge’s family.
