Just let go off the gas and slowly come to a stop. Even if you end up rear ending somebody that’s a better solution than trying to change lane and causing other crash.

If you hit somebody when changing lane, that’s your fault. If you rear ending somebody while your view is obstructed, it’s the fault of whoever had that piece of cloth unsecured in their vehicle and let it fly off to you.

Commercial drivers are taught to just deal with the front-end impact than to try and change lanes.

Also your footage about flashers shows the car in reverse gear lol
