Hi, ny watch is Hiwatch Plus S88. It was paired immediately and the step functionef fir only 23 steps. It has been five days now that the steps counter didn't budge to count ny steps. Pairing and unpairing didn't resolve the issue. I can't make outgoing ir receive incoming calls despite showing the feature is ON. It's not syncing with "message, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram" and the clock is in 24-hour mode instead of 12-hour mode which I prefer. Can you help me resolving the above issues, please? HiWatchPro doesn’t vibrate well even if I turned the vibration on. My old watch keep vibrating until I check my phone. But HiWatchPro only vibrates lightly one time and then stop. Also it transfer the sound to watch when I use my phone. It’s very annoying. You can only turn off the Bluetooth to disconnect the watch to transfer the sound back to my phone.
