i just arrive today a hk9 pro, every strap is unsafe from the top of the watch, doesnt lock from the top, only from the bottom, i think there's an error with my watch :(

@kiwitimereviews Mine doesn't have those buttons and it's technically impossible to remove it, it took me a hard time to get one side out, the other doesn't give in no matter what.
