I wanna say, I'm 24. And my grandmother used to play this song for me constantly as a baby, and it was inevitably played at her funeral, and it still kicks me in the chest every time I hear it.

I've sang this song at Karaoke events, and every time I can't get through it without crying.

This song came out shortly before I started junior high school (now middle school). I knew it was very sad then, and it's one of those songs that is so sad, it's difficult to listen to, so you avoid doing so. Haven't heard this in at least 30 or 40 years. And it's just as sad as I remember it, maybe even more so, as I've lost the love of my life since then.
