I suggest you turn the music way down, so that it's not over powering. If you still want music, make the volume faint so that your voice is much louder. This is great for just making content. Although, mine does this weird thing where it starts selecting certain shapes only and not the rest of the image. I've updated my AE recently and I don't recall Puppet doing this last time.
