Do you have any updates? Have you continued? I'm your size right now. I bought the Yianna 25 bone sz lg and have been wearing for 2 weeks now. Just got it to the last hook now. Wondering if I should get a med or a sz small with extensions. Also not sure how long to stay on each hook.

Thank you for your video! I'm using the same 25 steel bones waist trainer rn, my waist is 31 inches and I ordered an L because of the sizing chart haha definitely doesn't compress me as much but to start I think it was a good option, I'm most likely going to get the M or even the S in a month

i bought yianna waist trainer about a year ago with 2 straps fom amazon and i love love lovedddd it!! i bought it in a medium but i now need a small since i lost weight and my waist is getting smaller as well. the one i ordered this time is also yianna in small with 3 straps. i cant wait to get it this week!

Okay so ive been seeing like a lot of people get rashes from the latex rubbing on there skin but I was thinking maybe try rubbing baby body on the inside of the waist trainer or your stomach before putting it on!☺️

I got the one it looks latex, I’m not sure how I feel about that one ( because of summer coming). I got 2xl, I immediately am on 2nd hooks and feels like girdle. Is this right? I never waist trained before. Is there a better one I should be using??

Hey girl I have a big question 😩 im a size large but I wear xl bc I like my clothes baggy but atm I’m confused should I get a large or xl? 🥺 and btw I have a sweet sweat trainer (I think it’s called) but idk if u could use it as a regular waist trainer or just for exercise?
