Under thatched roofs, savor vibrant flavors from over 50 African countries—along with favorite American classics.

Greet your day with a cup of full-bodied Kenyan AA coffee, tropical juice and a bountiful breakfast buffet. Selections may include made-to-order omelets, French toast bread pudding, pastries, carved ham, fresh fruit and turkey bobotie—a type of South African quiche.

At dinner, watch chefs prepare Oak roasted meats, vegetarian specialties, coastal seafood dishes, fresh salads and house-baked pastries in the onstage kitchen. Kids can enjoy options like chicken nuggets, while Guests 21 years of age and up delight in unique South African wines—many of which are available by the glass.

You need a trigger warning, "Don't watch if you're dieting." Everything looked delicious. Lots of vegetarian options which I love.

I've only had the breakfast, but it's my favorite meal on property. The French toast bread pudding was absolutely incredible! The breakfast bobotie was delicious, too. I'm not usually adventurous, but after a small taste, I went back for more!

Boma is my favorite...for both breakfast and dinner! Both have great food! The POG juice and zebra domes are the favorite items...you know...the classics!

No more! 20 years ago BOMA was my favorite of all Disney restaurants. But I ate there last Friday night (9/6/24) and I strongly urge you all to Move on! Gone are the African sourced specific hearty and exotic dishes. Only a few minor ones can be called "African", and the remainder were Italian, American, low-budget fare. Salmon, ziti with meatballs, chocolate-chip cookies, coconut rice, etc., etc., etc. Dine elsewhere and save your precious dollars.

We love Boma!! Finally ate there in August - adult, teen, and 8-year-old. I tried to get my money's worth - we went at the end of the breakfast seating, so it was our lunchtime and we were good and hungry. Used our Disney Visa for the discount as well. The food was so good.

I would definitely try the dinner buffet.
I think the price is fair because most of us would not be able to purchase all the ingredients and with that being said, how do you prepare the different dishes!!!
Unique dining experience with so much to choose from.
Dessert looked delicious and decadent.
Only the prime beef was to rare for me.
What is the best time line to make reservations?
Some are booked so far in advance and can’t get in.

We haven't eaten at BOMA yet. We need to. Especially now since I have seen the buffet. Even though I haven't seen the breakfast buffet, I think I would pick the dinner buffet. It looked awesome.

Isn't it a beautiful lodge? I don't know which I like better. Wilderness Or AK! Have you tried the Character buffet at Animal Kingdom at Tusker House? We call the au Jardin beans "Disney Beans". 😅 They show up everywhere.
