Love your videos, Michael but to help you out with the dark shots of the food, I know you like slow-mo but try shooting at 24fps instead of the 60 fps you're using, and when you use premiere pro which I'm guessing you use for editing use the time interpolation optical flow for the slow-mo. Make sure to use a stabilizer for these shots.

Butternut squash soups/stews tend to be on the sweeter side because of their natural sweetness. Calling it a dessert soup is unnecessary. Also, the 'standard' buffet items are commonly known as kid's items. Green beans, are using best served al dente, that's why it's a little be crisper.
African cuisine is full of flavor, warm spices- very savory. Honestly, expand your pallet and your descriptions of items.

I hope not to get banned from Disney for saying this but I am actually not a zebra dome or dinner bobotie fan. I love the soups but I am a boma breakfast gal all the way. I cannot do lamb which is part of it in the breakfast bubodi is turkey. Great review

We have tried to get reservations for Boma every single trip we have been (average every 1.5 years) and have never succeeded. We will keep trying!

This was a great review! We have loved Boma forever and are excited to see it get so much recognition upon the reopening. We're both impressed by how much you were able to try during your visit. That's doing a buffet right :)

So surprised to see you can serve yourself unlike the buffet on the cruise. Only reservation I have been able to get for Boma in October is after 9 pm and nothing available for breakfast either. Was never my favorite dinner buffet but I need to try the newer version. I like to see you actually try the items, love your face when something blows your mind.

Do you serve yourself? It looked that way. Loved Boma for breakfast haven't done a dinner there yet.
