I don’t get to ski much but last year in may I want on a school ski trip and I went up a lift to do one last ski down and I found two little twin girls only 8 crying alone having fallen on the top of the hill terrified as it was their first time skiing and I stopped and asked them if they needed help (I was 12 at the time and small for my age) so they saw me as a kind big kid trying to help and I walked the down that hill reassuring them that if their buss left without them and it most likely wouldn’t (they knew their moms number) I could call their mom to help them get home and we walked down that hill together for almost two hours extra and in out as we got to the bottom their teachers finally came to see where they were and I made sure with the girls they knew the teachers and made sure they were safe before I left and my mum was worried sick but when I told her what happened she was overjoyed

Tbh I would unclip my skis like one should
