How to Troubleshoot Your Thermoelectric Cooler

Thermoelectric coolers are a quiet and affordable alternative to traditional compressor coolers. As with all appliances, though, sometimes they'll need some troubleshooting.

Thankfully, with thermoelectric units, there are a limited number of malfunctions that can occur, so troubleshooting is very easy!

If you have already ensured that there are no issues with the outlet you have your unit plugged into, but your thermoelectric unit still doesn't work, there is likely an issue with your main PC board or cooling kits, which you can examine yourself.

Hallo from the Netherlands.Thank you for your instructive video.My cooler does not reach the low temperatures… it stays 6 degrees celcius too high in both separated cooling rooms with 2 separated peltier elementsI checked the fans: they are turning on 12, 3 v.... seems ok to me.Pls advise me how to proceed.Thanks for your help, Jan, the Netherlands
