Troubleshooting VMware vCenter Server VCSA appliance has in the past required running many commands at the commandline and gathering a lot of information by hand. There is now a new VMware Fling called the vSphere Diagnostic Tool that provides a single Python script to gather the information needed to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with your vCenter Server VCSA appliance.
