Adobe Stock Falls As Guidance Misses, Software Sector Takes Hit

Adobe stock tumbled Thursday after it reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings that met expectations while full-year fiscal 2022 guidance missed estimates.

Adobe Stock: Fiscal 2022 Guidance Misses Estimates
For its fiscal first quarter, Adobe expects to earn an adjusted $3.35 per share on sales of $4.23 billion. Analysts had predicted Adobe earnings of $3.39 a share on sales of $4.33 billion.

For fiscal 2022, Adobe forecast adjusted earnings of $13.70 per share on sales of $17.9 billion. Wall Street was targeting Adobe earnings of $14.26 a share on sales of $18.16 billion.

Yep Adobe is a solid company! The (P) ratios are pretty high but you're exactly right, investors are willing to pay a premium for it. Nice videos. I actually think Adobe makes a good 3 to 4 month call right now. I'm.not familiar with spreads so I have to buy at the money calls. Do you see an issue just buying 3 month calls on stocks coming out of pullbacks? I have adobe, etsy, apps, and celh coming out of pullbacks. My entire acct is in calls.
