Hi, I'm Ysis, full-time mummy to 1-year-old James, pregnant with baby number 2, permanently sleep deprived and lover of all things tech & beauty! My husband and I live in Wales but I'm originally from Brazil, and together we both believe that family is the most precious thing in our lives.

I'm 35+5 weeks pregnant with my first baby and have had elevated heart rate for many weeks now. My midwife said that it's normal because we produce 50% more blood than usual during pregnancy, so our heart has to work harder. Nothing to worry about 😊

Lots happened on weeks 30 and 31 of my pregnancy, a few symptoms intensified, some new ones appeared and old ones are back! :)
