Another important thing that isnt mentioned is how amazing it pairs with sooo many boons and upgrades, especially since the shield throw is a constant source of proc for them.
Pair with the charge shot upgrade and just camp 'till victory lol

Ok but Chaos aspect absolutely _shreds_, is also very safe, and has the added effect of Chaos itself occasionally saying something such as "Ruination", "Entropy", or even actually just laughing when you deal a large amount of damage in a short amount of time.

My weapon of choice in the first game was always Demeter Aspect Gauntlets. Something about the extra hits on the Special combined with an Artemis boon for crit potential just kinda spoke to me.

Something to note is it’s strengths only make it best in very high heat runs. It’s not the best weapon in all cases. For example aspect of Eris significantly outdamages it.

The blitz disc mechanic is just so fun. It fundamentally changes the way the shield works in a way that is different but not as completely different as the hidden aspects of the weapons. I dont think ive used aspect of Chaos a single time and Ive only used Beowulf once to get the prophecy done. Ive done like up to 4 heat with the aspect of zeus though

I always preferred the Aspect of Chaos.

If you get a couple good special attack boons, it gets goofy fast.

Also I like chaos. They're pretty.

my favorite is Hunting Blades Hera Aspect. It’s useless, i know, but being able to shoot my beyblades is so satisfying

the spear (with flurry jab upgrade), is the best weapon in term of Damage per second, damage buffs, hitstun, and curses per seconds on opponents. The shield is not the best weapon it just has the "no damage" effect. But nice explanation video on why 64 heat players use the shield and nothing else 👍

Many different games have similar weapons to this weapon, so it's good to know the options in different games and what makes them good. (Hi, it's me, a player who never played Hades on the Hades comment section)

Its also important that its a constant multi hit, and the hits are doubled when using zeus special, meaning it shreds through rooms where armored enemies keep giving each other blue hearts, something a weapon is basically required to do at high heat, and it does this while being able to move, attack and/or block

This Aspect got some really good buffs since the beginning of early access, it was so garbage before. That one change with the Special was what made it the most practical weapon in the game now.
