Two points I absolutely agree with, decentralise everything and if you start a restaurant you HAVE to be involved with operations and have to have a founding chef, otherwise walk away.

A few thoughts on the other two:

1. Working out buddy idea could be built via social media groups, as you said. Also, I can see a "movement" coming from this with people wearing a t-shirt. Flooding a local area with these will help grow a community, make people feel safe, and be a conversation starter. Money can come from the sale of the t-shirt and sponsorship from big brands.

2. The Hospital could help a lot of people. But she could start a small fund for a car for a doctor to reach remote areas and develop that into a fleet. That would help a lot of people and a lot easier to start than needing 3m. Again charities may be able to help fund part of this.

I'd love to set up a logistics business. It would focus on care for the shipments rather than trying to move as much as possible as quickly as possible. Additionally, in New Zealand, our cost of living is very high, and there is a lot of food wastage, especially fish! I would try to partner with a fishing, vegetable growing cooperarive and rural smallgoods processors / butcheries to enable small and high quality shipments to be transacted with all of the care that is needed. In terms of steps, reach out to cooperatives and try to pair them with restaurants or community groups. 2. Work out the hiring of a vehicle, an EV or similar would align with the theme or purpose of preservation. 3. Trial some shipments, learning lessons. That's where I am at so far.

1.)I want to start a food/service cart that rides with the kids in the local bikelife community.

2.) I want to expand by franchising more carts into the hands of these kids

3.) I wanna travel to other Bikelife communities in my country and turn them onto it

4.) I want to acquire a property to make a storefront these bikelifers can have a 9-5 at

5.) I want to expand that into a kitchen that feeds the homeless on location and by bike delivery

Couldn't agree more that the hospitality industry, food in particular, is difficult to succeed in. I started a business with £20 money a few years ago. it was a mobile cash converter type business. Basically I placed an advert in the paper and waited for the calls.
I went to view a full kitchen at first after they had a fitted kitchen installed. I took photos on viewing knowing I had no money to buy them at the time as cheeky as that was I placed the items on eBay and made £600 it then grew and grew until I had a breakdown. what I'm saying is like you said previously you don't need money just the idea.
