15 years old and homeless and you managed to persuade wealthy homeowners in Cambridge to give you £££'s to maintain their gardens. Whilst having no experience or any equipment, you then masterfully acquired 50% of the costs upfront. A short 3 months later you are then employing 20 people to maintain these agreements. If this isn't inspiring then i don't know what is! Great story Simon, its heartwarming to hear about success. This kind of maverick mindset is what people need at the moment, including myself!

Hi Simon, I have been wathcing your videos for some time now and I love how genuine you are, I've also been hoping to bump into you on the streets of London so that I could tell you my idea. Anyway, you said to drop ideas into the comments so here it goes. My idea is big, I would like to develop a forrest school to teach young children all about the forrest and how it can provide everything you need to survive. All about the animals, herbs, trees, insects and so on. This school would also have a co working space where adults could come and work whilst the children learn about nature. It would have a coffee shop that also served food, a garden where the school grows all its own produce, a workshop where people come to upcycle and fix items a studio for yoga and meditation. So it would be a real community hub where everyone is welcome. This school would need workers to run the garden, cafe, kitchen, grounds and so on and this is where we would have a foundation of full time professional workers but I would like to offer positions to homeless people so that they could gain valuable skills and be around positve and supportive people. Once trained they would then be able to find a full time position out in the world. Simon, I need your help to make this come true. I’ve started my cleaning business by having my own clients like 3 actually and people have asked me for my number. I work two jobs cleaning houses I work really hard. I changed my life around over a year for the better I’m really proud of myself I came really far. I also work two jobs and there cleaning businesses. I’ve been having the worst luck this year I’ve got into two accidents where I was hit and they left the scene and my Nissian Sentra was totaled and I didn’t have insurance and then my next car I had to get a vehicle fast I bought 800$ Honda Accord and I got rear ended and I got my car impounded. Now I got another car and it has all kinds of problem over heating everything I just want to be able to drive a decent car to point a to point b and it’s hard because I have bills to paid and I don’t even get the chance to ever treat myself anymore because I’m just trying to save every scent I can. And it really frustrates me everyday dealing with this if you can please help me I would appreciate it so much. Thank you for making a difference and really showing me that there is hope in humanity and that it is possible

Thanks Simon, I love plants & liked your 2nd business idea of Houseplant Maintenance.I had actually started something similar thou for outdoor plants & garden maintenance project & scaled down due to labour intensive requirements & unfullfiled client expectation that broke trust in partnerships Now, I see I could rebrand & majorly focus on inhouse Plant maintenance instead. I need a clear model of the How now & possibly have prior signed job contacts with clear TOR, client Due Diligence, payment terms & timelines to avoid past mistakes.
