I was so lucky. My tragus healed up really fast and never had any problems. Tea tree oil is your friend.

I did sleep on it but I had that neck pillow always
I had no problems I was really lucky
All of my piercings always have healed really good
I did get a bump with my nose piercing tho, but simple sea salt solution helped it go away within a month

I was told i could wear headphones. Worse mistake. Got a piercing bump that doesn't want to go away 😩. It's been 3 weeks
