Imposter Foods That Aren't What They Say They Are

Did you know some things aren’t actually what we call them? Take cinnamon, for instance – most of what we buy is actually cassia, a totally different spice. Nutmeg and mace come from the same plant but are used differently. Vanilla flavoring often comes from synthetic vanillin instead of real vanilla beans. So next time you’re spicing up your food, you might be getting a little something different than you thought!

Processed foods are never what it claims to be. As a 47 year old dude, I'm weary of these metabolism killers,
and I am not easily fooled. Processed food contains nothing what your body actually need.

It is not the meat that makes your metabolism tank.
It's the additives.

Thank you for your attention.

In the egg roll "chapter", it's mentioned that the egg roll isn't made with eggs.
Then it goes on to say that the crepe-like wrapper contains egg. Since the wrapper IS what the filling is wrapped in, the egg roll DEFINITELY DOES contain egg. It's just the filling that DOESN'T.

The person employed to read these stories needs to look up the correct pronunciation FIRST, rather than making up their own pronunciation.
Ceylon(a country) is not pronounced "Zoo-land". It's pronounced "Say-lon".
