Excellent explanation, I have tried the left tailed and I am finding a different p-value, Z value is equal to -2.1875 and therefore the p-value is equal to roughly 0.0144 and not 0.03. Could you explain how did you find 0.03. Thanks

In examples 2 and 3 you "Accept H0". Whist this is tolerated in the exam, it is best practice to say that we "Do not reject H0".

In your example, it seems a bit silly to 'accept' something when it is extremely unlikely that it is actually true (even though we don't have enough evidence at the 5% level to conclusively say so).
