The TiE Women MENA finals supported by e&, DWTC, NB Ventures saw brilliant pitches from amazing women entrepreneurs representing multiple regions and sectors across the MENA where an esteemed panel of jury had the big task of picking out the best.

They are all winners, having been selected from over 200+ applications from licensed businesses led or co-led by women !!

Having found a clear gap and entry barrier for women in business, the vision of TiE Women is to Embrace, Engage and Empower women entrepreneurs across the region inclusive of all stages of an enterprise, origin, standing or background. The program is built on the pillars of: Learning, Mentoring, Access to Funding, Scalability, Safe Space and Community.

We work towards closing the gender-gap amongst startups and young businesses delivering a program for Empowering Women Entrepreneurs to be able to lead and scale digital businesses across the MENA region through the launch and execution of the TiE Women MENA Program which is inclusive for all stages of an enterprise, origin, standing or background. The program mandates the essential criteria for entry for the business to be women led or co-led (with equity) and to be legally licensed for operations in the MENA region.

Besides being ESG compliant with a strong inclusive and diversity component, the TiE Women Program directly ticks the following SDG goals;
a. SDG 5: Gender Equality
b. SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
c. SDG 10: Reduced Equalities
d. SDS 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
e. SDG 17: Partnership for the Goals
