Tip: mix cinnamon or cinnamon sugar with a little bit of milk, it tastes even better. It's gonna be alot less dry cuz it's more of a jam-ish thing but runier. I used to make cinnamon rolls in the microwave at 3am and eat them half raw lol.

One thing, pour the glaze over the cinnamon rolls while there still warm, it will create the glossy glazed donuts effect, and cinnamon rolls are always better warm 😋

I use the crescent rolls for this but I dont make it onto a big rectangle. Just make the filling and fill each individual crescent roll. It's better imo if you make an actual filling- softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Works well but try these additional steps to make it better:
Before rolling up, spread the dough with softened butter before sprinkling on the cinnamon sugar & use 3/4 brown sugar, 1/4 regular sugar or even all brown is great!
Before putting into the pan,
butter the pan then pour half pint of heavy cream into the pan, making sure it covers the bottom. After placing rolls into pan, carefully drizzle a small amount of cream over them, then brush with melted butter. Finally, sprinkle rolls generously with cinnamon sugar mixture.
After baking while still warm, make a vanilla glaze from confectioner's sugar, cream & vanilla & spread on rolls.

Try adding a little bit of melted cream cheese to the powdered sugar mix. It’s what they use for Cinnabon frosting. 👌🏼😉

My mom makes homemade cinnamon roles from scratch the dough is sooo easy to make. It only takes a few minutes and then a little while to rise. Its worth it trust me
