If you think about upgrading from 60hz, I'd recommend getting to 144hz or 165hz first cause it's cheaper and actually good enough. From 144hz to higher frame rates just makes the gameplay feel smoother, but it's still worth it only if you have the budget✌

Honestly, even on a 60 fps recording you can notice those 390 Hz. You can tell most of the times when a high refresh monitor is being displayed at 60 fps in a recording. Pretty cool.
