•1 year and 8 days after he debuted (canonically) at Survivor Series 1990. (November 22, 1990)
•3 days before he dropped the title back to Hulk Hogan at This Tuesday in Texas 1991. (December 3, 1991)
•The second shortest title reign of Undertaker’s WWE career, the first being the WWE World Tag Team Championship reign he held for 1 day with The Rock from Monday December 18, 2000 to Tuesday December 19, 2000 where they dropped the titles to Edge and Christian, but due to SmackDown being taped on a Tuesday, the match didn’t officially air until Thursday December 21, 2000.

This was his first title defense after the Survivor Series before losing it to Hulk Hogan at Tuesday in Texas, so Undertaker was somewhat successful in his first title reign.
