I work as a Frontend Web Developer at a large insurance company. There are so many interruptions (Teams calls, messages, emails, colleages asking for help, myself asking for help, etc) there is hardly ever a long "deep work session".

I've been learning things INSANELY fast by doing three things. Firstly, memorize the basics of the languages and frameworks you'll be using. Second, download enterprise level or advanced open source projects in those frameworks. Step three, open up chat GPT and go through line by line of code slowly, and ask thousands of dumb questions over and over.

i just have one problem
i fixed my schedule to code 6-8hours but i easily get distracted and demotivated when i encounter error that takes me more than 1 hr to solve somtime it takes an entire day to get solved and at the end i could not complete my tasks
please help if you have any advice for me

We have a colleage she talks exactly like a robot! Initially I was in serious doubt about her personality as it sounded robotic and unusual and usually its observed that people with such personalities are evil. 3 months working with her on projects i realised how evil and manipulative she was! Always keep ur guard!
