So basically based on what Mike said in the stream about making it better for jets with no flares, gaijin decided to nerf every single missile rather than just moving up a10s and su25s

The snail loves to nerf the best AAM’s then when the new/next step of AAM’s is added they have stats barely better than the previous unerfed weapons.

This is the second time, at first, it actually had a good flare resistance but now it's easier to flare than an AIM-9B. I know that this is because the A-10 had an average 2-1 kill ration with 2 AIM-9Ls, but that's because it can go up against planes with no flare. Just move up the Su-25 and A-10 to 10.3 or 10.5.

The changes are live and my Aim9L's were also eating flares. Ones that weren't even within its seeker and then it would retarget after going through the flare. I know this because it was retrieving onto teammates everytime it happened 4 times when before hand I never had that issue.

I love how Gaijin is trying to make F-16 almost bad because its main strength was its maneuverability which got taken away and now the AIM-9L nerf

so F16A is useless in Air to Air now then, since it only carrier 6 Aim9Ls as an Air armament

I would rather they properly decompressed BRs and balanced planes around the armament more than how well they can move etc.

Having things like the F8U-2 be a higher BR than SU25 and A10 is insane.

I had a Viggen flare all 4 of my aim9L from direct rear aspect with its afterburner on the whole time. Who was asking for another heatseeker nerf? they were already useless against anyone paying attention, now they are an absolute joke. Seems Gaijin just wants modern jets to fight in ww1 style dogfights. I'm really losing interest in this game tbh, soon they will likely nerf missiles even more and they will become a gimmick, I guarantee it, as there was no reason for yet another heatseeker nerf. Not only that but the harrier GR7 is still 11.7 despite the fact that its only reason for being that high has been nerfed into the ground, subsonic aircraft with 4 useless missiles vs top tier jets. Nice.

The sad thing is that they moved the A-10 up and they still haven't reverted this change. I swear in 30 games I haven't gotten a single Aim9L kill that wasn't someone afk flying in a straight line
