I was stuck in manual mode and this helped me get out of it. One problem with the whole fine, medium, coarse texture setting is that it doesn't account for hair type. I have fine type 4 hair, the fine hair mode on this will NOT straighten type 4 hair. I have to choose medium texture for that.
