NASA Has Spotted Something Strange No One Expected on Mars

NASA has made three groundbreaking discoveries on Mars. The first is from the Perseverance rover. While exploring the Jezero crater, it stumbled upon a strange rock that suggests it might have once hosted microbial life. There were strange leopard spots on the rock that had never been seen before anywhere on the Red Planet. This rock is a big deal because its features provide the most substantial evidence yet hinting that Mars supported life in the past.

The second intriguing discovery was made thousands of miles away from Perseverance. While performing routine drilling operations, the Curiosity rover accidentally cracked open a rock. Surprisingly, it turned out to be entirely made of a chemical element that was least expected. Again, this type of rock formation has never been seen on Mars, and scientists are eager to know what it reveals about the planet's past.

Finally, the third and most recent discovery came from NASA's InSight lander. Using four years of seismic data collected by the lander, scientists have discovered that Mars has oceans of liquid water beneath its surface.
