Thanks to everyone that let me know of a voice over problem. Hopefully, problem solved.

Just used a “modified” version of your method. We found that direct contact with our honeycomb bed can cause spotting on the back side of very thin glass. We elevated the glass using magnets under areas that were not being engraved and got beautiful results with your settings. Thanks

Tempera paint is self leveling Paw Paw, so if you put it on really thick, it comes out perfect with a roller! Great instructional video!

As I learn my new engraver, one thing I don't often see it the power of the laser used. If I know my Atomstack A5 Pro is a 5W laser, I would expect settings would be similar for a different brand with a 5W later. I'd love to see more information like that in videos of this type. That would be helpful for us newbies trying to understand what settings we need to be using to get similar results.

Thank you for making this process a lot easier then I was expecting. Heading to Hobby Lobby tomorrow to get some black tempera paint and some glass samples to experiment on.

Just as many others have said here, I have learned a lot watching your video's. You are an excellent teacher and easy to follow along with. I am more O.J.T. as opposed to reading. Just seems to work better for me. As always, Thank You Sir for sharing your ideas and wisdom. Looking forward to more of your instructional video's!

Most succinct guide to this process I have seen. Answered several questions I had. I am going to give glass a try. Thanks!

Thank you. This was great. It worked well with my little 5w diode. Since it went well I'm going to grab a rotary now and play with glasses! I was reading up on the Cold Galvo and the idea of zinc makes me nervous.

Thank you!!! I am new to the engraving world and glassware was one of our ideas for sets, but I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working as my 20W laser clearly states it works with glass. Now I did notice the laser going through both sides of the cup but, still didn't click that I needed to temporarily paint it.

Thanks for the video. Yours was concise and told me just what I needed to know without a lot of worthless chit chat. I did a LightBurn materials test and the 30/60 setting gives great results. Some of the other settings in the materials test provide a nice look as well if you are wanting to vary the shading. Excellent video!

Take Two! 😁🛫 You respond to your followers and that is why we like what you do! And you get the message across! Great Job!
We appreciate the details as well with the Light Burn the same as I use!

You can save a lot of time by just placing the glass on a piece of black card stock, reverse the image, and set the z height to the black surface then put the glass in place. The bottom side of the glass will be engraved. Give it a try.
