I really appreciate the way you teach yoga. I've got my final for my yoga teacher training and all the things I'm picking up from yourself is invaluable. I love yoga so much and it helped me during a time of extreme pain. I have a lot wrong with my spine and deal with chronic pain. Yoga is the only thing that takes away the pain 100%. I want to pay it forward by teaching others like myself and those who think they can't practice. I get asked "you can do yoga?!" so many times, all because I use a walking stick and I'm not stick thin. They don't get what yoga really is and trying to explain it, 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ My dog understands better! 😂 😂

Important to make sure all your toes are on the floor in pins and needles, sometimes the fourth and little toe stay up, even more painful for the three remaining toes and the ball of the foot supporting your torso on top. I know this because of plantar fasciitis training…😅
