Atlas OS vs Windows On a Decade Old PC...

In this video, I'm comparing Atlas OS vs Windows 10 on an old PC from a decade ago. I'm comparing the two operating systems and seeing which is better for this particular computer.

As you'll see in this video, Atlas OS is much faster than Windows 10 was many years ago. Atlas OS offers less features and is overall a smaller system.

I just did this for my sisters laptop. i7-2640 dual core I think
she was running a custom windows 11 ISO because she wanted the latest OS but quickly noticed that the performance in games such as the sims wasn't running so great! I wanted to check out atlas out but not on my main rig so it was a win win. sims 4 win all dlc's runs great on atlas os! :)
went from 12-14 fps on medium 900p (windows 11) to 50-70 fps on medium 900p (Atlas OS 10)

i was wondering if we use old netbook laptop using processor intel Atom...if works more better than windows 10 i will choose for old laptop for use daily without any lagging issue with oldest hardware

Just tried Atlas on my Surface Pro 4 (i7/16/256) MANNNN what a difference. Cut the processes down to 70 or less at times. Breathed new life into that thing for sure. I run BitDefender on it as a precaution, but I believe Defender would likely be enough. That Surface with an Xbox Controller, and GeForce now is quite the pairing. Honestly, for streaming atleast I find it to be a better option than a Steam Deck or Legion GO, for nearly the same amount of portability.

I have a GTX 1060, paired with a core i3 3225, I'd like an OS that really rips the bloat off the cpu, as you see I'm very bottlenecked because I built this PC using part I found for free, just want to know if there's maybe something more extreme in terms of CPU performance? Atlas really helps already, just I get stutters and 30 fps when my card is at 1% usage, any OS?

Dell assistant is usually the culprit or intels strage manager is another culprit that corces the hdd running capped 100 at all times. Took me months figuring what was causing hardrive spiking

oh my friend it is a magic i tell u i couldnt find screaming emoji so jusy imagine it anyways i have old pc i5 2400 ddr 3 with 8 gigs of ram and gtx 1050ti omg u have no idea i couldnt even open chrome it helped a lotttt a imagine emoji again lol
