Colouring Tutorial : How to Colour Bluebells & Berries

Are you ready for another colouring tutorial?! Here's a few of the different techniques I use for colouring bluebells and berries in the feast scene in the adult colouring in book Ivy and the Inky Butterfly. You could use these ideas on almost any blossoms though and just adapt the berry ideas for scrumptious looking strawberries or inky black brambles!

I am enjoying your tutorials very much. Today I went to Staples to buy some art supplies and was thrilled to find a set of Triplus Fineliners with your name on them. Staedtler! Unfortunately, they did not ha e your Lost Ocean coloring book. I have seen them in Michaels and Hobby Lobby before but I did not know what to do with them. But I do now and I can’t wait to buy some.

I am curious about this videos use of a red burnished. Is that just a deeper red pencil or is there really colored burnishes?

Is a colorless blending pencil the same as a white Colored pencil?

Once again, you listed the fine liner and didn't use it - or did I miss that part? - and though you colored the raspberries with the water color pencils you didn't wet/paint that area. I don't really like the feel and spread of the water color pencils unless they are activated with the brush. Thanks for the video even though I wondered about the painting part on the raspberries.

I couldn't find your email. I opened my lost ocean, I coloured a couple pictures, I love oceans. On the page opposite hidden articles is a small hole on the page, like the paper has thinned out. I'm not complaining I just thought maybe you would want to know for future printings. I can colour around it. What's next Johanna?
