I am so privileged to have met Cathy and learn about this enlightening book. I thought I knew about the plight of the homeless but, after reading this book, I am so much more aware and have a stronger conviction to how I can be present for this situation. Please buy this book and please support your local independent book seller. You will be challenged but you will not be disappointed.

I consider myself a fairly knowledgeable citizen. This book showed me that I have a major gap in my understanding of the homeless situation for so many people in this country. Yes, I think this book is a must-read. Many thanks to its authors and to all the people who shared their stories.
