first option works, i've used that before last time this problem happened. Unfortunately it happened again and it didn't work this time. This app doesn't work unless you pay. It says continue using trial version but it doesn't give you the option to choose it, which is bull, they just want you to pay. I get it, you're trying to get some money from your app, but don't give us an option that isn't 100% to make us ween our way into buying it.

thank you comments. i was going to try the drfone one and i didn't realize i had to pay until i looked at the comments. some were obviously fake and others i could tell were real. i was scared of going back to the apple store, since i already went there with a problem with my charger, but now that I know that none of these videos will work for me, especially not this one, i'd rather just go back to the apple store honestly :/

I don’t consider paying a monthly subscription for a one time fix a solution!...may aswell just take it to the apple store....I dislike how the app lets you connect the iPad, download the 4.6GB update then tell you I order to fix your iPad you need to pay. What a waste of 30 minutes
