The costuming of Mr Darcy being lauded as being accurate drove me batty! That costume was a Halloween costume at best! hahah

Have you two watched the BBC Colin Firth Pride & Prejudice? It is on Hallmark Movies Now-and will be fun for you to see and compare.

Jane Austen was pretty “severe” on women-😊with some of her obnoxious female characters-as well as the Wickhams and Collins of this world. She seemed to love to analyze people.

I think this really worked for me because she is a mix of Lizzie and Elinor (Sense & Sensibility) and more of latter. Elinor seemed cold but had a great capacity for love. But no one realized it as she kept her emotions steady. Will was fabulous. I enjoyed this a great deal. But, I do realize a lot of people find these settings and themes very challenging.

Great catch that the golf tech guy was at the ball. I have seen this twice and missed it both times. Big hit for me.

This one was a delightful surprise. We all thought it was a good start to Loveuary. (I personally liked Janeuary which was mentioned during our live show tonight on our channel.
The sister of Eloise was a mess—far too melodramatic. She was the weak link in the movie.
This one was a big HIT for us.

Sam is too nice ( too good to be true ) and all this non- profit business success on top...He' s a walking talking wedding cake ( so much sugar and cream...)

So disappointed, couldn't get through it. Her shitty attitude and hysterical sister were too much. Fast forwarded to the end for closure. Such a shame.
