Can someone help with how so we determine the extent from the clinical chart? Do we count each tooth site(in a 6 point chart) with CAL or each tooth as an entity?

Hi, there is a moment of unclarity when you mention 'the staging cannot be done based on radiographic bone loss rather than attachment loss for clinical ease'. Do you mean that staging is done on radiographic bone loss or attachment loss?
