I remember when tiny houses were affordable for poor people.

My favorite is when the people who supposedly want a tiny home complain that the kitchen is next to the bathroom. In a tiny home, EVERYTHING is next to the bathroom. And then they are shocked that they aren’t going to get two bedrooms, washer/dryer, full size refrigerator… 🙄

Maybe it is just me, but some of their expectations of a tiny home was wild!

I think people have unrealistic expectations regarding tiny houses.

I can remember back when tiny homes were bought for around 10, 000$, the whole point was to make a place that was affordable for the poorer sector so someone could have a home of their own that would normally not be able to afford a home. Now for this kind of money you can just buy a regular size older home and make it your own. This world has lost the concept why they started tiny homes in the first place and jacked the pricing so far up that it is only for the people wanting a more unique small setting and pricing out the very people tiny homes were first invented for.

I loved the last house. The expectations of the two women was outrageous. They obviously had no clue that moving into a tiny home, meant you had to downsize EVERYTHING. You need to prioritize what you need vs what you want and make sacrifices or living in one of these homes is NOT for you.

Some tiny homes are amazing with 2 or 3 bedspaces, baths, full kitchen's and laundry spaces.. they are so creative now

That third house is gorgeous, but the location, lack of privacy, the rent, and initial price are nuts

Loved the 2nd tiny house for $69, 000! Was going to say I love house #3 as well and I do BUT that HOA fee is too expensive and only going to go up.

The first one is cool. I like the garage door & the deck area. The second one was more homey. The third one was bright & cheerful.

The CA house was really nice and very spacious, but those people were high maintenance. "I'm concerned about the lack of privacy..." OK, then ADD CURTAINS

the first house is utterly ridiculous--an accident waiting to happen--lawsuit!
why don't real estate agents actually show clients what they're asking for...waste of time

The first one is too small to even be called a house. A complete waste of money

Dang that 3rd one at $115 thousand is $26 thousand MORE than my 1800 square foot 5 bedroom 3 bath 2 living room double wide on 1.38 acres of land.

I like that we have stairs up to the loft - that's a plus. I thought I was going to have to jump up there.

Didn't even consider she would "have to get rid of so much".

If you own your own land you can also put these tiny homes as an ADU on you property! Nice upgrades to your property!

650 a month for the lot alone?? Those trailer park/small-home-lot owners have gone absolutely crazy.
