As a long time Canon fan, and owner of many proline and cinema line of cameras, I have been so disappointed with the company since the unveiling of the 6D II although I love the EOS-R. But this handicapping of cameras has gotten so ridiculous with the EOS-RP. With a niece attending film school I hoped to buy this entry level RP camera, but no 24fps in 1080p and EF-S lenses handicapped to 720p. Why? You already handicapped the 4K, that would’ve been enough to keep it from cutting into the EOS-R purchases.
