I'm not sure I loved Big the Cat in Sonic Adventure because he was such a change in play style where I could just hang out in the world of Sonic, while still making progress, a wish that I'd pick up Sega Bass Fishing and the custom controller, or PTSD from trying to train my brain on only paying attention to a narrow band of the screen during portions of Amy Rose' section of the game...

But I'm a fan of Big. I may describe the voice he uses in game as "dopey, " but also requires "honest, " and "wholesome, " it has that naive innocence, in a world that is approaching an end around him, to just want to find his friend, a frog, that allows some of us to connect with him.
