The Lockdown™ Strapping System - This video explains how to put up a Rivers Edge® Lockdown™ Ladder Stand using the Lockdown Strapping System. This treestand can be used in almost any tree, anywhere.

Using the Lockdown system is easy, have 3 people help lift and ascend the stand into and against the tree you plan on hunting. Take the stabalizer bar and attach one of the straps and the carabiner to it. Hoist the carabiner up and over any branches on the tree so that both of the ratchet straps take the same - unrestricted path back up the tree.

Connect the two straps together at the base of the tree using the carabiner, then pull on the other end of the racthet strap, this will draw the carabiner up the back of the tree and back through any tree branches. Once the carabiner is directly behind the platform on the backside of the tree, take the other ends of the ratchet straps, feed them through the ratchets on the ladder base, and ratchet them tight.

This is the safest ladder stand on the treestand market today, no pivoting jaws, no noise during your hunt, easy to take down, and easy to put up.
