Drug trafficking rears its ugly head, again

In the long list of airport crimes that have often grabbed headlines,
it appears drug trafficking has once again reared its ugly head.

The frequency of the offence has seen 14 drug mules arrested at the OR
Tambo Airport in less than three months.

In this feature, a former OR Tambo Airport employee tells Newzroom
Afrika's Linda Mnisi of how she was lured into the dark world of drug
trafficking, leading to her arrest.

Thank God I had a sixth sense. I met a Nigerian at an airport in Saudi. He had an SA passport. He wanted to befriend me but I ignored him.He was arrested at OR Tambo airport on arrival for a fake SA passport. I was very proud of myself
