Dr. Mary Tinetti will serve as the discussant focusing on goal centered care for patients with multiple chronic conditions following the discussion of the AGING Initiative Pilot Project Impact of MCCs on Therapeutic Outcomes in Patients with Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators by co-collaborators Dr. Alan Go and Dr. Alexandra Hajduk.
The HCSRN-OAICs AGING Initiative is an NIA-funded joint endeavor of the Health Care Systems Research Network (HCSRN) and the Claude D. Pepper Older Americans Independence Centers (OAICs) to create a national resource to advance interdisciplinary research focused on older adults with multiple chronic conditions (MCCs). This webinar series is hosted by the Dissemination Workgroup, co-led by Dr. Leah Hanson, HealthPartners, and Dr. Heather Whitson, Duke University, of the AGING Initiative.
