I noticed I was getting MUCH better responses when I not only included, but bolded AND colored keywords since they can often get lost in a larger bullet point within your experience. A lot of ATS also don't mind colored or bolded words and if they do, they only convert them to plain. I picked up this trick from a SWE friend at a FAANG.
