This is a really relaxing restorative practice.
Through these poses you will release the connective tissue and fascia in your body as well as calm and still the mind.
Restorative yoga enables you to switch into the parasympathetic nervous system, resting, healing, restoring your mind and body.
Such a lovely practice, you can only feel amazing after it.

We use props, a bolster (you can use a pillow) and bricks and a block (you can use books, as long as they're not slippy)
