Yes it's true i can run gta 5 without a graphic card and it doesn't lag at all and i have a very old pc my pc was made in 2015 and it can still run gta 5 smoothly

I play with i3 4th gen and hd 4400, 8 gb ram
At 1280×600 High texture and shadows on and it gives me 30-33 avg fps

i have 32GB ram and intel 730 and i get 60 fps atleast i wanna also get a graphics card to run other games but im happy with this for now

You can run it smoothly with intel hd graphics, 4gb ram, intel i5
Optimisation files
Everything to lowest but u can set reflection and water to high quality
Turn on fxaa
Set resolution to 800×600
The resolution wasent so bad becoz fxaa was on and graphics was looking good and the game was playable

With new intel CPUs comes intel iris xe IGPU
In which one you can play high settings with smooth framerate
It does require for you to have atleast 8gb of ram but most pcs nowadays have it

Bruh I ran it like normal on integrated graphics. Not well mind you but still. My laptop did make crackling sounds tho. Glad I have an actual pc now.

I run it i3 11th gen with sharp shadows full screen and everything at high


Which gives me around 37 39 fos which is quite playable
And that too without graphics card on laptop
