Kevin pretending not to know everything there is to know about CSS

Another great video, Kevin. It was an enjoyable survey to complete and seeing new features that are upcoming does just go to show how much of an ever evolving 'ecosystem' CSS is/will become. By far my most favourite part of web development. Keep up the amazing work!

Man, I really respect you for your end comments on not wanting to influence the masses. 10/10

You may not know everything, but you sure know more than the guy who designs the modern youtube layout.

I love that the accessibility section was basically all "I've used it"

lch + relative colors will make color palettes so much easier to create. Can't wait for it to become mainstream

Survey taken! ... finally... 🎉 and (surprise) got a 98% knowledge score 😇
1st time ever after years only consuming their results.

Color: I wish, hope CSS would let us create custom-named colors. Imagine if I could define / declare CorpBlue or FunkyOrange to a given RGB or HSL color (or CMYK?), and thereafter, just use the name (identifier)? Then it's easier to redefine your declarations and you have meaningful names that make your code easier to read.

Hey Kevin !
You'll be pleased to know that I had recourse (yes, they forced me) to explicitly add the phrase "Kevin Powell's YouTube Channel" no less than *4 times* in my survey answers.
😕 I just don't know why anyone would want to go to some of these other stupid CSS sites listed in that survey . . .

Hi! How should I learn CSS? I've been making websites for like 3 years, but I've heard about like 5% features listed in this video. Is there a step-by-step way to learn all of CSS stuff?

I found it frustrating, the webpage kept sending me to github and asking for things I can't use since they are not supported... I had a bad experience with that "State of CSS". I finally gave up since I couldn't move to the other sections without the page sending me to weird github pages I didn't ask for.

I looked up many of the newer on CanIUse and I found it interesting that the object-view-box doesn't even show up yet. Now off to take the survey

I approached this survey not like "did I use it once" but more like, "have i used it in a production app" . Cus i can use a lot by just playing around but I don't think it goes along with the spirit of this survey

65% - feel like that's acceptable for it not being my primary focus :3

All I know is that there is a lot that I don't know lol I tend to stick to solid CSS with the best browser support as possible - withing 98% support; And I no longer bother counting Internet Explorer at all.
