For me snooker is the closest thing to meditation. Am bit of a restless guy and snooker has been one of the things keeping me sane for over ten years now. I'm not even kidding even though it's a bit funny. It's my meditation, yoga and a Method of self improvement. Place free from the stresses of everyday life and where I can find a childlike state of mind and just enjoy learning and challenging my self. It's though sometimes to explain how fantastic the game is and how much it means to me to someone who doesnt play it or in general doesnt understand this side of sports/games. Everyone should have something like snooker in their lives.

Cracking video! Have faith in your angle 😇, concentrate on the delivery (this is what I tell myself often). I still forget but I am missing less, and the times I miss are generally when I am making little adjustments when I'm down on the shot; on assessment I usually miss according to the little adjustments - I think I had the right angle but I didn't have faith in it so I either micro adjusted or I will pull the cue one way or the other depending on what I see when I'm down on the shot. Thanks for the great tips.
