According to Satya Nadella (CEO of Microsoft) Mercedes-Benz AG is already using Microsoft Dynamics 365 remote assist to keep technicians connected with the experts even when they’re physically apart!

Other companies like Chipotle Mexican Grill, BNY Mellon, Walgreens Boots Alliance and many others are also using these functions of mixed reality!

Will we see MR (Mixed Reality) everywhere and will an “upskilling” program for these employees be needed or just plug-and-play? 😉
